Installing the software
Here are the steps you need to take to set up the program:
1. Download package containing program configuration files.
2. Unpack the archive to a selected location on your disk, for example the desktop.
3. Run the application. If a message appears about trying to run software from unknown sources, expanding the window will allow you to confirm the installation process.
Starting the program and configuring the device
To configure the device in the program, follow these steps:
1. Launch the application.
2. In the opened window, select the COM port that is responsible for communication between the brake and the Windows system.
To check the brake COM port, see: COM port identification.
If you are using a device with an LED panel, the connection to the brake will be indicated by a short flash of the diode.
3. Click the "Read" button - the program will read the settings saved in the device's memory, the fields on the panel will automatically fill in blue.
4. After completing the above steps, you have the option to adjust the brake parameters according to your preferences. Any parameter changes in the program are immediately transferred to the brake device and can be track in the open "Game Controllers" window for analog mode or in the Notepad program for digital mode.
