In the interests of our customers' satisfaction and safety, we offer a limited warranty on our PC handbrake devices. We believe that the quality of our products and the trust you place in us are the foundation of our business.
Our warranty program includes a wide range of services, providing support in case of any issues with your purchased devices. Here we present detailed information about the PC Handbrake FleX series warranty, to ensure you are clear and fully understand the terms and benefits to which you are entitled.
Warranty Period
X4RACE offers a limited warranty on the FleX series PC handbrake devices covering a period of 2 years for mechanical components and 5 years for electronic components from the date of purchase.
Scope of the Guarantee
We guarantee that the mechanical components of the FleX series PC handbrake devices are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years, and the electronic components for a period of 5 years. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of products that are found to be defective due to manufacturing or material errors.
Warranty Terms
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must meet the following conditions:
- Keep the original receipt from the online store, confirming the date and place of purchase of the PC handbrake device.
